1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • If any delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: If you require express shipping, please email or contact us with your order number. Express shipping charges will apply.
  • Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery: This is dependent on courier service availability in your area. We will make every effort to fulfil such requests if achievable.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹499.
  • Orders below ₹499 will have applicable shipping charges based on delivery location.
  • Express shipping costs will vary depending on urgency and location and will be communicated upon request.

4. Order Cancellation & Changes

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately.
  • Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
  • However, if you wish to have Instabites products shipped internationally, we can customize a solution along with a courier service to provide you with the Instabites experience. Please contact us for further assistance.

6. Undelivered or Delayed Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details.

7. Address Errors & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping details while placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
