At Instabites, we strive to provide high-quality, freeze-dried ready-to-eat meals with a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that issues may arise and we are here to assist you with refunds and returns when necessary.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition due to transit or packaging issues.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item different from what was ordered.
  • Expired or Compromised Quality: If the product is past its expiration date upon arrival or does not meet our quality standards.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality.
  • Delays caused by courier services (unless the delay exceeds 14 days).
  • Incorrect storage or handling after delivery (exposure to air, moisture, or improper resealing).

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Proof: Share a clear image of the product, packaging and order details to help us assess the issue.
  3. Resolution Options: Based on the issue, we will either:
  4. Issue a full/partial refund.
  5. Offer a replacement at no additional cost.
  6. Provide store credit for future purchases.
  7. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Note: If the refund is issued to the original payment method, the processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

3. Return Policy for Refunds

  1. In most cases, you do not need to return the product.
  2. However, for bulk orders or high-value items, we may request the return of unused, sealed products.
  3. If a return is required, customers must ship the item to our facility and we will reimburse return shipping costs (if applicable).

4. Cancellations & Modifications

  1. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
  2. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
  3. If an order modification (such as a change in address or item) is required, please reach out immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

5. Bulk Orders & Special Promotions

  1. Bulk Orders: Refunds for bulk orders (5+ units) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds or store credit may be provided instead of full refunds.
  2. Discounted & Promotional Sales: Products purchased during promotions, discounts, or clearance sales may not be eligible for a refund unless damaged or defective.

6. International Orders

  1. Instabites does not currently offer international shipping as a standard service.
  2. However, if you require international delivery, we can customize a shipping solution with courier partners.
  3. Refunds for international orders are limited to cases where product damage is verified before shipment.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  1. If you have not received a refund within the estimated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider.
