1) Pour the food contents into a bowl. Add the recommended amount of hot water (as mentioned on the pack). Stir well and wait for 3-5 minutes.

This is why we use nitrogen flushing and oxygen absorbers to prevent any moisture contact. Unless the product is properly air-sealed after opening, it will start to disintegrate over time.
